We love it here. The food , the staff & and the ambiance are top notch.We usually stop by once a week & I’m thoroughly impressed with how well they run things. I asked for the managers name, bc she deserves a shout out. Her name is Tamara- We see her often and she’s THE BEST. I watch her help cook and bounce around the dining room checking on customers- that’s not easy. But she makes it look that way- and does it with a smile. Her energy and her smile are one of a kind. Josh helped us today at the counter, super nice guy. Keep it up Florence- this is how it’s done.

Dave’s Hot Chicken was amazing. The service was fast, accurate, kind, and overall exceptional. Employees were working constantly, cleaning tables or around the establishment- and making sure all guests were more than satisfied. The food itself was amazing, I have dined in and gotten to go- both are great. My go to order is the dave’s mini sliders with cheese fries!! so good, my new favorite spot

Drove 30 mins & was worth it. Much better than the other Hot Chicken place in Ft Wright. Chicken was juicy and the Medium has a good spice without being too hot. I feel like the portions were above average for the price, 2 tenders are about the same as 4 Canes fingers. The fries also had a great flavor. Place was really busy and the service was really good for how packed it was. Tables were constantly being cleaned, which in my opinion is a HUGE plus, because a lot of fast food restaurants neglect their dining area & I hate having to sit down at a table someone else just finished eating in that hasn’t been cleaned. Will definitely be back, I just hope the cleanliness stays the same.

This place is the bomb. I was so hyped when I heard we were finally getting one. I have had every spice level and they are all amazing. ( reaper is not a happy experience but a fun one) Infinite sauce is goated and they have good little freeze drink things too! PLEASE PUT A DRINK IN THE COMBO

Heard great things about Daves from friends. So excited that they are now open. Ordered the two tender meal. The meal comes with fries. I also ordered their loaded fries which has cheese sauce ,chicken, fries on a bed of kale. I got the medium heat and it was not that spicy. The tenders are huge. The breading is pretty crunchy, but the chicken itself is very juicy and tender. Fries were fresh and have a good seasoning on them. The place was really steady. Great news, they are open until 11pm every night

Another trendy fried chicken place to try! This place has loud music, colorful graffiti murals (shout out to the Florence ya’lls) and delicious fried chicken. If Cane’s tenders had a baby with Chick-fil-A’s spicy chicken you might come close to Dave’s tenders. I’m a big fan of Cane’s flaky, fresh tenders and this is definitely very similar. However, the seasoning on Dave’s is ELITE compared to Cane’s or Chick-fil-A (or any other chain tbh). I got the medium spice to be safe, but I definitely could have kicked it up a notch or two. I ordered two sliders and upgraded them with cheese sauce and cheese fries. The tenders are flavored enough to stand out without cheese sauce, and honestly so are the fries (but the cheese did make it next level good). Dave calls these chicken sandwiches “sliders” - a total misrepresentation of the sheer size! I ordered two sliders and definitely could have ate one and been fine. I will note, these sliders have the pickles and coleslaw on the sandwich, along with Dave’s sauce and the optional cheese. It’s a lot of flavors happening at once, but if you’re a fried chicken lover (like myself) it’s perfect. The price is quite high, especially for KY, but in the end it was worth it. Definitely worth a try if you’re in Florence!

Chicken strips were fair size and chunky. Very hot and juicy. Fries were seasoned right. The bread, I wish they'd toast. Tables and restroom were clean. Lots of parking space. Medium and hot hear level just perfect.
